This is one of the biggest and most exciting marathons in the world! If you've were successful in the 2026 ballot you can choose to run in for Mummy's Star and all the mums and birthing parents diagnosed with cancer in or around pregnancy.

Unfortunately we don't offer charity places for the London Marathon at the moment. If you were unlucky this year, the 2027 ballot will open in December 2026. Check their website for dates and details. 

Remember: if you choose to take part in a third party event in aid of Mummy's Star you will be responsible for covering the registration fee. You should also refer to the organiser's communications and instructions if you have questions or concerns, both before and after the event.
