Tough Mudder is the ultimate hardcore obstacle course designed to test your strength, stamina, and mental grit. Be prepared to get very muddy! 

There are many locations and dates where you can participate, check their website for details. The Manchester event is taking place at The Cheshire County Showground in Knutsford on the 10th & 11 October 2026.

Note: If you run as a group in aid of a charity, Tough Mudder offer discounts. You need to contact them directly to arrange this.

Remember: if you choose to take part in a third party event in aid of Mummy's Star you will be responsible for covering the registration fee. You should also refer to the organiser's communications and instructions if you have questions or concerns, both before and after the event.
